8. How to Write Through Stress, Fear & Uncertainty

Trust me. I get it.

It can be tough to focus on writing a book when you’re under stress or dealing with anxiety caused by a crisis.

It’s tempting to put your work-in-progress aside until you things settle down.

But your readers are waiting for you on the other side of that crisis.

Your author goals are waiting for you.

While you may have more distractions than usual, you don’t have to let them get in your way.

As long as you’re relatively safe and in reasonably good health, you can continue to write your book.

The tools and tips in this episode will keep you writing during challenging times.

When the crisis has passed–and it eventually will–you’ll be glad you didn’t quit or delay.

There’s never a “perfect” time to write your book unless you create that time for yourself.

In this episode, I show you how to make this time the right time to become an author.

(I recorded and published this episode during the Coronavirus crisis. But these tools will help you keep writing whenever obstacles come up in your life.)
